‍Your satisfaction is paramount to us at Gillari Books, so we offer a 30-day returns policy. If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped Merchandise from us, you may return such Merchandise within thirty (30) days of its delivery date for a refund of the cost of the items returned including initial shipping costs.

 

If you have simply changed your mind, return your order within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a refund minus the initial shipping costs. You will need to cover the cost of return postage. We recommend you use a registered mail service that includes insurance for your returns, as we can only give you a refund or exchange if we receive the Merchandise. Please also ensure that you include details of your name, address and order number so that we can ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible.

For a refund or exchange, all Merchandise MUST be returned in its original condition (ideally in the original packaging); shrink-wrapped Merchandise must be unopened.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
